Reservations & Payments:

• All bookings require a deposit to secure your reservation.
• Full payment must be made prior to your scheduled event.

Alcohol & Smoking:

• Guests of legal drinking age (21+) are allowed to bring alcohol on board.
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the bus.

Capacity & Safety:

• Adherence to maximum passenger capacity is mandatory for safety.
• Passengers must remain seated or hold onto safety rails while the bus is in motion.

Cleanliness & Damage:

• Please help us maintain a clean environment by disposing of trash properly.
• Any damages caused to the bus or its equipment will be the responsibility of the party host.

Behavior & Conduct:

Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Pluto Party Bus reserves the right to end the service if unruly or dangerous behavior occurs.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame to qualify for a refund (as per booking terms).
